Research & Development

For many years, BioRangers has carried out research and development on the bioremediation of soil and groundwater contamination in partnership with public institutions, universities, and companies. To address a wide range of environmental challenges — including oil contamination, VOC contamination, and organic wastewater treatment — we have continually taken part in national and municipal research grant programs and technology registration schemes, repeatedly developing and demonstrating in-situ remediation techniques, high-efficiency injection methods, and combined microbial formulations. To date we have received support and recognition from the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and through joint research and technical verification we have worked to advance the practical application and widespread adoption of bioremediation technology in Japan.
